Job Summary
Hybrid working, and a warm welcome accompany this opportunity to work creatively with Young People and their families within the Community based Youth Team in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. This is a multi-disciplinary team promoting positive Mental Health and providing treatment interventions for Young People aged 14 to 25 years.
The team strives to be dynamic and creative and consists of dedicated Mental Health Professionals, focussing on the needs of Young People and providing a needs-led approach. Like-minded clinicians are sought to support Young Peoples Wellbeing and Mental Health.

Main Duties of the Job
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to support young people to reach their goals and be able to demonstrate experience, passion, resilience, empathy, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage risk.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Triage of new referrals
Conducting assessments
Supporting and being part of the Duty system within the team
Individual caseload holding and management
Delivering evidenced based mental health treatment interventions to young people on a one-to-one basis and in group settings, both face to face and using online mediums such as Attend Anywhere, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Multi-agency working including collaboration with families, acute hospital services, primary care, social care, education and voluntary services
Active contribution to team meetings and reflective sessions to support learning, growth, and service improvement
