Anglian Care is looking for Care Assistants to join their team and make a real difference in people’s lives. This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes by providing practical, physical, emotional, and social care.
Care Assistants will help service users maintain independence, offer companionship, and ensure dignity and respect at all times while delivering high-quality support.
About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant at Anglian Care, responsibilities include:
- Providing care and support to adults in their own homes
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, toileting, food and fluids
- Supporting with medication and domestic duties
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times

Pay & Shift Patterns
- Day shifts: 7am – 4pm
- Evening shifts: 4pm – 10pm
- Alternate weekend working required
Hourly rates:
- £13.25 – Day shifts
- £13.50 – Evening shifts
- £13.75 – Weekend day
- £14.00 – Weekend evening
Shift patterns are arranged based on availability.

Requirements
- No prior care experience required (full training provided)
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Must have access to a personal vehicle with business insurance
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and alternate weekends
