This role is vital for providing administrative support across multiple departments and offers an opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative duties using QuickBooks
Handle general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Required Experience & Skills
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organisational skills with effective task prioritisation
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing and document management is desirable
