Job Description
Whether experienced or new to care, The Beeches Homecare Services invests in carers. No previous experience is required.
This role covers Cirencester, Tetbury, and Malmesbury and offers paid training, local work, and long-term career development in domiciliary care.
Pay Rates and Enhancements
£13.00 per hour – Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm
£15.00 per hour – Weekdays after 7pm and all weekend
Enhanced pay for Bank Holidays, Christmas, and New Year
£12.25 travel time paid between client visits
45p per mile mileage allowance

Flexibility for daily shifts: 7:00am–2:00pm and/or 4:00pm–10:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assisting with and administering medication following training
Supporting daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping
Monitoring client health and wellbeing
Working independently and as part of a team
Completing basic tasks using a computer or hand-held device
Compliance and Checks
