The Essentials (Read Before Applying)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telemarketing or Cold Calling with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Training: Kickstart your success with takepayments Ltd First-Class Training. Candidates will be brought to the Grimsby hub for 3 weeks of fully expensed, elite sales coaching to ensure strong performance and commission success from day one.
- Environment: Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Skills: Proficient with CRM and dialler software and working in fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience is rewarded.

The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you are the engine of the sales process for takepayments Ltd. You will be engaging small-to-medium businesses to secure appointments for field agents.
- Lead Gen: Conduct cold and warm calls to introduce market-leading payment solutions
- Relationship Building: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads through rapport and discovery
- Target Driven: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records within CRM systems to ensure smooth handovers
