Summary

Amica UK is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join its dynamic team. This is a part-time role working between 3–4 hours per day with some flexibility available on both days and hours. In this role, the Sales Support Administrator will support sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the mission of building lasting partnerships. Applicants must have at least 1 year experience working for an asset finance company in a sales or sales support role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
  • Help resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Call and speak to current customers to discuss their finance requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role in the asset finance industry is vital.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Requirements & Location

This is a remote-based role; however, the applicant must be within 30 minutes commute of either Uttoxeter, Staffordshire or Stone, Staffordshire. Attendance at a business review meeting is required once per month.

Experience Requirements

  • Asset Finance: 1 year (required)
  • Working for a commercial finance company: 1 year (required)
  • Asset Finance Broker or Finance Lending Company: 1 year (required)
  • Location: Staffordshire or Derbyshire (required)
