Job Summary

Glee Care Ltd is seeking passionate Care Workers to join the team with effect from April 2026. The recruitment process begins now.

This role involves supporting individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve their quality of life. This position is essential in fulfilling the commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

Glee Care Ltd is recruiting all those interested in doing home care work including those who do not need COSs. COSs are also provided to those who want to receive Skilled Worker Visas and those who may need a switch.

The role includes working some weekdays and some weekends. Coverage areas include Leicester City and surrounding areas. Training is offered according to the needs of the home care sector.

The jobs will resume in April 2026 but recruitment begins now.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges.

• Assess client needs and develop tailored care plans to address their unique situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources and services.

• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client cases.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Compassionate approach with a commitment to client welfare.

Working Hours

Expected Hours: 37.50 – 60.00 per week

Pay Rate: £12.55–£13.00 per hour
