Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and market opportunities
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
- Engage with customers via email, phone calls, or social media to promote products and services
- Attend client meetings and company events as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Support organising promotional events or product launches
Experience
- No prior experience necessary; however, previous exposure to sales or marketing is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills
