The Baby & Toddler Shows are entering an exciting new chapter of expansion — and we’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Executive to help us grow.
Founded in 2012, The Baby & Toddler Shows are one of the UK’s leading live events for expectant and new parents. As we expand from five shows and launch new ventures across digital and community spaces, we are building a sales team ready to grow with us.
This is an opportunity to join at the start of a major growth phase — not just to sell exhibition stands, but to help shape the future of a national parenting brand.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Driving stand sales across all Baby & Toddler Shows
Building relationships with new and returning exhibitors
Identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities
Supporting sponsor conversations alongside leadership
Managing your own sales pipeline and achieving agreed targets
Maintaining accurate sales tracking and reporting using Excel
Contributing ideas and insight as the business expands into new markets
This is a commercially focused, target-driven role with significant room for progression.
Requirements
Sales experience is ideal but not essential — attitude and drive matter most
Confident communicating with people both in person and on the phone
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Literate and confident using Microsoft Excel
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Passionate, hardworking, and target-driven
Comfortable working remotely while staying accountable and proactive
Must attend up to 8 shows per year
Time off in lieu will be provided for weekends worked

Interview Process
As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an on-site sales day at the Baby & Toddler Show, Sandown Park at the end of the month.
Candidates must be available on either 28th or 29th March for the full day
This will involve hands-on sales activity and an opportunity to experience the role in a live event environment
The day will be paid as a full day’s work
Sales experience is ideal but not essential.
