This role focuses on building the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for the founders/closing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound

  • Research and build target lists across agreed sectors and company types
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone
  • Start conversations with decision-makers and manage initial objections
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure follow-ups reduce no-shows

Qualification & Handover

  • Qualify leads using a framework: right person, clear need, timing, realistic budget
  • Record accurate CRM notes to set up the closing team for success
  • Work closely with founders/AE on messaging, objections, and effective approaches

Pipeline Management

  • Track follow-ups and keep the pipeline moving
  • Monitor activity and outcomes to improve targeting and conversion

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent flow of qualified meetings each week
  • Meetings that convert into meaningful retainers
  • Clean CRM records for smooth handover

Candidate Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Results-driven, ambitious, and commercially aware
