This role focuses on building the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for the founders/closing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound
- Research and build target lists across agreed sectors and company types
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone
- Start conversations with decision-makers and manage initial objections
- Book qualified meetings and ensure follow-ups reduce no-shows
Qualification & Handover
- Qualify leads using a framework: right person, clear need, timing, realistic budget
- Record accurate CRM notes to set up the closing team for success
- Work closely with founders/AE on messaging, objections, and effective approaches
Pipeline Management
- Track follow-ups and keep the pipeline moving
- Monitor activity and outcomes to improve targeting and conversion
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent flow of qualified meetings each week
- Meetings that convert into meaningful retainers
- Clean CRM records for smooth handover
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Results-driven, ambitious, and commercially aware
