Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound service calls from customers. By providing an amazing sales through service approach, selling a leading range of added value service products

As a Sales Executive at Haier Europe:

  • Promote and up-sell the range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status
  • Identify and pitch the most appropriate insurance product to the customer via assessment of their information/needs
  • Ensure full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties for customers

Based at the Bolton Service Centre, Bury Road, Breightmet (BL2 6PU), with training provided to deliver first class customer service and achieve strong performance

  • Working only 1 in 4 weekends
  • Working 37.5 hours per week on a set shift pattern, no late working, contact centre closes at 6pm

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous sales experience, ideally within a telephone based sales role

Familiarity with working toward sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment

Additional Information:

The successful candidate selected will be required to undergo a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the pre-employment screening process
