About the Role

Xtracare Ltd is seeking Community Carers to provide high-quality care and support to service users living in their own homes. This role is full-time with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career development. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Care Worker Experience

Experience is an advantage but not essential. Xtracare Ltd provides a fully funded training program, including:

• The Skills for Care – Care Certificate

• Induction training

Minimum Requirements for Care Workers

Candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car

• Reliable mobile phone

• Use the company care system to log calls and information

• Good written and verbal English for effective communication

• Keep up-to-date with all required training

• Remain calm and demonstrate patience and understanding of service users’ needs

• Work alternate weekends or either Saturday or Sunday each week (two weekdays off when working weekends)

• Employment subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks, and satisfactory references
