Key Responsibilities
As a Community Care Assistant, your tasks include:
Providing personal care tailored to client needs
Administering medication
Assisting with daily living activities
Performing home help tasks
Offering companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and monitoring diets
Helping clients attend appointments
Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
Care Assistants build personalised relationships with clients, forming bonds through shared interests and providing compassionate support in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
At least one year of previous care experience (domiciliary care, care home, or hospital setting)
Currently in the UK and on Sponsorship
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is beneficial
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving others’ lives
