Key Responsibilities

The Admin Assistant will support Head Office operations with tasks including:

  • Maintaining AI workspaces, including Franchisee Database and Hub pages

  • Assisting the Operations Manager with contract setup, processing, and documentation

  • Coordinating new franchisee kits and supplies

  • Managing onboarding documentation and liaising with suppliers

  • Ensuring data accuracy across all platforms and tracking follow-ups

  • Organizing files and keeping operational records up to date

This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable with digital tools (Notion experience is a bonus)

  • Proactive and able to identify tasks without supervision

  • Reliable, accurate, and calm under pressure

  • Ability to work independently in a remote role

Preferred:

  • Experience working with a franchise (2 years preferred)
