Job Overview

Y7 Hotels Ltd is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join Tiffany’s Hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date
• Process reservations and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
• Passion for providing outstanding guest services with a focus on hospitality
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
• Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and guest management is an advantage
