Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including branding, web design, digital content, and multimedia presentations. The successful applicant will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design tools and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and presentations.

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all company materials in line with established brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and management teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.

• Prepare design layouts, illustrations, and graphics using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are met.

• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, technical specifications, and accessibility requirements.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business needs.

• Coordinate with printers, developers, or external vendors when required to ensure accurate production and delivery of design assets.

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

• Maintain organized records of design files and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright laws, and intellectual property standards.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proven 8 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, digital media, and print materials.

• Experience in Logo Design and Branding.

• Proficiency in Typography and attention to detail in visual layouts.

• Proficiency in professional tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools.

• Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe After Effects or similar programmes.

• Excellent creativity and ability to think conceptually.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
