Key Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with enquiries professionally

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to management
Participate in promotional events and campaigns as required
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications & Skills
