Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organisational targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Manage client relationships, particularly within B2B sectors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
- Oversee the organisation’s digital presence, including social media channels and online advertising efforts.
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales with a minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
