Job Overview
L&I Eaton ARC Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Accident Repair Centre in Birmingham. Candidates must have previous bodyshop experience. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the repair centre.
Main Duties
Input data into Bodyshop software
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of vehicle repairs
Collect customer feedback to ensure best practices are recognised and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain organised filing and office systems
Assist the Manager with daily operational duties
Perform other general administrative tasks as required
Key Skills
IT literate and confident in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Strong communication skills and proactive approach to tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
