Job Summary
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join the Finance Business Partnering Team supporting the Medicine Division.
The role is based at the Royal Gwent Hospital, with opportunities to work agilely across all Health Board sites. The Divisional Accountant will act as the Finance lead for several Directorates.

Main Duties
The Divisional Accountant will join the Medicine Division Finance Team, providing high-quality financial advice and support to budget holders within the Divisions of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with budget holders to support financial and performance obligations
Supporting services across Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Diabetes, Stroke, Neurology, Acute Medicine, and other areas
Collaborating with clinicians and managers in a dynamic environment
Working across multiple Health Board sites covering a range of Directorates
The post holder must be a fully qualified accountant (CCAB body or CIMA) with excellent communication and analytical skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.
