Job Description

Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but the impact is life-changing. The role supports people through short-term and flexible care services, including:

• Short-term and respite care

• Block hours of support in the home

• Sitting services and companionship

• Overnight care and support

Responsibilities:

• Support people to stay independent in their own homes

• Offer companionship and reassurance

• Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtimes

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect

• Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team
