The Role
The Communications Marketing Manager will shape Fyxer AI’s reputation across audiences that influence its growth: press, analysts, investors, partners, and top talent. This role involves owning the PR strategy, from story development and media relationships to securing coverage that positions Fyxer as a category-defining company.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading founder visibility, including managing the CEO’s weekly vlog.
Amplifying fundraising moments and strengthening the employer brand.
Driving presence across the tech and venture ecosystem.
Growing awareness, credibility, and momentum for the company and its mission.
Who Fyxer Is Looking For
The ideal candidate combines editorial instincts with sharp creative judgment. The role requires building relationships with tech and consumer media, creating digital content that travels, and setting direction for fundraising communications.
The position is central to building hype, credibility, and excitement around Fyxer AI, both publicly and behind the scenes. Candidates should be prepared to work at a fast pace in a small, high-performing team during a formative stage of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead PR and press strategy: narrative development, media relations, and coverage execution.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and tech ecosystem voices.
Develop high-impact storytelling for product launches, fundraising, partnerships, and milestones.
Manage founder visibility, including CEO’s vlog and social presence.
Shape Fyxer AI’s reputation with press, investors, operators, and prospective candidates.
Design and execute employer brand narrative across content, social media, and industry events.
Brief founders ahead of press interviews, panels, and investor conversations.
Create digital content, including scripts and social posts, optimized for multiple platforms.
Ensure strong presence at relevant industry events and conversations.
Candidate Requirements
4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or content in tech.
Experience managing corporate PR campaigns and relationships with journalists or agencies.
Skilled in building founder or executive profiles through social content and PR.
Ability to direct and produce content across formats: video scripts, social copy, press releases, investor updates.
Experience with employer branding initiatives (hiring campaigns, culture storytelling, events).
Dynamic, fast-moving operator comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.
Bonus: Experience in fundraising communications or M&A activity.
