Purpose of the Role
To provide welfare, medication and befriending calls to vulnerable clients, ensuring wellbeing is monitored and concerns escalated appropriately.

Consistent, timely welfare checks
Accurate logging of every interaction
Reduced isolation and improved client wellbeing
Core Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled medication, welfare and befriending calls
Record all calls in CRM systems accurately
Update Salesforce with important customer info
Communicate with families, carers and professionals
Escalate issues to Shift Leads where necessary
Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
Warm, empathetic communication style
High accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and remote tools
Sensitive to emotional and safeguarding concerns
Role Requirements
Monday–Sunday rota-based working, including bank holidays and evenings
Remote working with occasional office-based training in London or Colchester offices
Experience in care settings is beneficial but not essential
