Purpose of the Role

To provide welfare, medication and befriending calls to vulnerable clients, ensuring wellbeing is monitored and concerns escalated appropriately.

Key Outcomes

  • Consistent, timely welfare checks

  • Accurate logging of every interaction

  • Reduced isolation and improved client wellbeing

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled medication, welfare and befriending calls

  • Record all calls in CRM systems accurately

  • Update Salesforce with important customer info

  • Communicate with families, carers and professionals

  • Escalate issues to Shift Leads where necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours

  • Warm, empathetic communication style

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using technology and remote tools

  • Sensitive to emotional and safeguarding concerns

Role Requirements

  • Monday–Sunday rota-based working, including bank holidays and evenings

  • Remote working with occasional office-based training in London or Colchester offices

  • Experience in care settings is beneficial but not essential
