Role Summary
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves short-form content, understands Instagram and TikTok, and is confident filming in a real working salon environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms
Manage daily social media activities including posting, commenting, and monitoring
Support the development of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Track and analyze social media performance metrics
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and the beauty industry
Help organize promotional events and online contests
Qualifications
Passion for social media and digital marketing
Excellent communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Intermediate understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Prior experience or coursework related to marketing or communications is a plus
Enthusiasm for beauty and wellness industries
Strong organizational skills
