To generate qualified, professional conversations for a senior advisory consultancy operating across public and private sector property, regeneration and governance.

Core Responsibilities
1. Professional Outreach (Primary Function)
Send approved, relationship-led outreach messages by email and LinkedIn
Tone to be senior, credible and low-pressure
No pitching, no selling — introductions only
2. Leverage Established Networks
Preference for candidates with:
Existing exposure to UK public sector, housing, infrastructure, construction, or professional services
Familiarity with senior decision-makers (CE, Exec Director, Finance, Regeneration, Development)
3. Public and Private Sector Targeting
Research and contact:
Local authorities
Housing associations / ALMOs
Developers, investors, delivery partners
Build and maintain a clean, structured contact list.
4. Follow-ups and Diary Booking
Polite follow-ups to warm contacts
Manage replies and book calls directly into calendar
Provide short briefing notes ahead of each call
