Role Overview

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be central to the commercial operations, ensuring sales teams, internal departments, and customers are aligned, informed, and supported. This role focuses on turning opportunities into results by keeping all processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with day-to-day commercial coordination

• Manage workflows linked to product development, testing, sampling, and compliance

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

• Prepare and support customer meetings, presentations, and commercial reviews

• Assist with product launches and customer experience initiatives

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data

• Produce sales reports, forecasts, and business summaries

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of a commercial career, looking to build strong foundations within a global organisation. The ideal candidate:

• Has 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, commercial coordination, or sales operations

• Is organised, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Communicates confidently and works effectively with cross-functional teams

• Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

• Is ambitious, curious, and motivated to develop within an international business
