About the Role
The Bowse Group is recruiting experienced self-employed sales representatives for an immediate start to convert warm to hot inbound leads into completed purchases for products sold directly through the website via a trusted third-party supplier.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who want the freedom of self-employment while benefiting from a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads and a proven sales process.
You control when you work, how much you work, and how much you earn.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and convert pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
Understand customer needs and guide them through the purchase journey
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Accurately log call outcomes and customer notes in the system provided
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

About the Candidate
Proven experience in phone-based or inbound sales
Strong communication and closing skills

Results-driven and commission-focused
Experience in B2C sales, inbound enquiries, or high-volume lead environments is highly desirable.
