About the Role
Blyzr Limited is hiring a B2B Appointment Setter to book meetings with UK tradesmen and local service businesses. This is a focused, remote role where the main task is calling tradespeople, introducing them to a pre-built website already created for their business, and booking qualified appointments for the sales closer.
This is a pure appointment-setting position, not a closing role. Candidates should be confident on the phone, resilient, and enjoy speaking with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to tradesmen (builders, roofers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.)
Introduce prospects to a fully built website already created for their business
Clearly explain the value of having a professional website ready to go
Qualify interest and book appointments for the closing team
Handle basic objections and keep conversations moving forward
Log call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM
Maintain an organised pipeline of leads and booked calls
Hit daily call and booking targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or outbound B2B sales
Confident speaking to tradesmen and business owners
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not essential unless required)
Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
