The Role
This is a remote, self-employed opportunity for confident individuals capable of opening doors, developing relationships, and creating commercial opportunities with premium clients.
The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, building early-stage relationships, and arranging qualified meetings for the New Accounts Team. Executives act as brand ambassadors, ensuring every prospect interaction is handled with professionalism and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Identify prospective clients fitting Global Vault’s target profile
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Research businesses and individuals with significant international payment requirements
- Target relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Develop opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and introductions
- Leverage any existing network to generate client opportunities
Prospect Engagement
- Approach prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Present Global Vault’s services in a confident and commercially compelling manner
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- Understand prospect requirements and suitability for the business
- Maintain consistent engagement and nurture leads professionally
Qualification & Meeting Setting
- Assess prospective clients to ensure alignment with Global Vault’s profile
- Gather relevant background information for internal introduction
- Book qualified meetings for the New Accounts Team
- Prioritise quality, commercial value, and suitability over volume
Brand Representation
- Act as an ambassador for Global Vault in all interactions
- Represent the business with professionalism, polish, and discretion
- Ensure all communications reflect the standard and stature of the brand
Relationship Management
- Build meaningful relationships with prospects and introducers
- Create long-term commercial value through trust-led communication
- Maintain contact with potential clients who may convert over time
- Generate opportunities via both direct outreach and strategic relationship development
Day-to-Day Expectations
- Research target companies, sectors, and decision-makers
- Identify suitable client opportunities and referral routes
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Follow up on warm introductions and outbound opportunities
- Qualify leads based on transaction profile, suitability, and commercial relevance
- Book meetings for the New Accounts Team
- Manage pipeline and maintain momentum across opportunities
- Nurture prospective relationships for immediate and future value

- Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or lead generation
- Exposure to financial services, foreign exchange, banking, payments, property, professional services, or other relationship-led sectors
- Experience speaking with business owners, senior professionals, or decision-makers
- Proven ability to generate opportunities and secure qualified meetings
- Existing professional network for introductions or referrals
- Experience in self-employed or commission-based roles
