Leisure United Together is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software.

Key Duties

  • Manage and maintain schedules, including organising meetings and appointments

  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using relevant software such as QuickBooks and other database systems

  • Assist with general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and organising office supplies

  • Maintain organised records of documents and correspondence for easy retrieval

  • Support with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation as required

  • Ensure effective phone etiquette when liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams

  • Undertake other ad hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations

Experience & Skills

  • Proven administrative experience or previous role as a Personal Assistant or in an office environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy

  • Familiarity with office procedures, clerical work, and general office experience

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
