Role Overview
Carpe Diem Tours is seeking a London-based copywriter with experience in travel writing or related lifestyle content. This role is perfect for writers looking to expand their portfolio while contributing to a vibrant travel blog.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Write engaging content across a variety of topics including food, attractions, itineraries, history, nightlife, and general travel inspiration.
Understand search intent and how blog content supports tour products, including natural use of calls-to-action (CTAs).
Apply SEO best practices such as keyword optimization, content structure, and internal linking.
Work independently according to briefs and deadlines.
Optionally, upload content to Carpe Diem Tours’ CMS platforms, including WordPress and Payload.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English.
Strong knowledge of London and its “what’s on” scene.
Comfortable writing across multiple topics relevant to travel and lifestyle.
Familiarity with SEO for blog content.
