Duties and Responsibilities
Safely handle and move materials, products, or equipment as directed by supervisors
Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or containers
Ensure all items are correctly labelled and stored according to company procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the handling area to promote safety and efficiency
Operate relevant machinery or tools required for handling tasks, following health and safety guidelines
Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately to management
Support team members in achieving operational targets and deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in handling, logistics, or warehouse operations is desirable but not essential
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects safely
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to manual handling
Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
