Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently, ensuring a positive experience

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Engage in upselling opportunities to maximise sales and meet individual targets

• Maintain detailed records of interactions through CRM data entry

• Analyse customer feedback and call data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and enhance overall performance

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred but not essential

• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail

• Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, highly advantageous

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional phone etiquette

• Ability to interpret customer needs and behaviour effectively

• Experience or aptitude in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
