Job Overview

TLK Property Investments Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director and Executive Assistant. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office and property portfolio administration.

Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Executive Assistant

  • Assist with property management administration across a varied portfolio

  • Manage and organise diaries, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

  • Prepare documents, reports, and property-related paperwork

  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and suppliers

  • Arrange cleaners for properties

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on ongoing works

  • Assist with compliance documentation and property records

  • Support with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration

  • Prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management and/or administration

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (preferred)

  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
