SJW UK Properties was founded in 2015 with a clear mission: to help overseas Chinese clients make confident, enjoyable, and well-informed property decisions in the UK’s key locations, particularly London and Cambridge.

The company initially focused on UK new-build property sales.

In 2019, SJW UK property management ltd launched its second business line — SJW Property Management. Since its establishment, this division has experienced rapid and sustained growth and has become one of the company’s most strategically important business units.

2026 marks a key acceleration phase for the Property Management division, guided by a clear long-term strategy.

To support this growth, SJW UK property management ltd is now looking to hire 1–2 full-time Senior Marketing Experts to help build and execute a scalable marketing system for this business.

Work visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and drive the annual marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives

• Lead and participate in content creation, including but not limited to:

  • Video content

  • Copywriting (short-form and long-form)

  • Visual and editorial content

• Manage content distribution, channel strategy, and audience engagement to support brand growth and lead generation

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business development

• Occasional travel to China may be required, depending on business needs

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
