About the Role

Join the team as a Home Care Assistant.

At Kingsley Home Care Services, the focus is on taking care of carers just as they care for clients. As an accredited Living Wage employer, Kingsley Home Care Services offers competitive pay and support:

  • Paid mileage, in addition to the hourly rate

  • Fully paid training and uniforms – no experience needed

  • Use of a pool car

  • Various shifts available including weekends (07:00 – 22:00) and evenings (16:00 – 22:00)

  • Reports to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality personal care while respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home

  • Being flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs

  • Representing Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and Attributes

  • A caring and patient nature

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Experience is a plus, but full training is provided

  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred
