About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll:
Engage with customers about overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy
Negotiate affordable repayment plans and set up payment arrangements
Identify and support vulnerable customers when needed
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory procedures
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in contact centres, collections, or customer-facing roles who are confident handling sensitive and challenging conversations.

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in collections, contact centre, or customer service roles
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Confidence in problem-solving and objection handling

Working Hours & Training
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Rotational shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Croydon office
Hybrid working available after successful completion of 3-month probation
Salary
£24,570/year (Full-time, 37.5 hours)
