Every exam taken worldwide relies on a hidden operation of precision, trust, and scale. The Distribution Manager sits at the heart of this operation, leading a high-performing distribution team in the Post Exams department.

At Group Print and Operations, over half a billion A4 sides of question papers are securely processed annually, and safely delivered to millions of learners across 170 countries. The role ensures materials are processed, distributed, and delivered accurately and securely while balancing quality, cost, and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a warehouse and distribution team, balancing day-to-day delivery with long-term planning
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve service
  • Using data, insight, and continuous improvement to strengthen performance, compliance, and future planning

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resources, equipment capacity, and supplier relationships for efficient delivery
  • Monitor performance using data, KPIs, and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Support budgets, forecasts, and operational planning through accurate insight
  • Contribute expertise to projects, cross-team work, and operational improvements
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures for risk management
  • Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards

About You
