Mobex, Inc is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategic business plans to increase market share through targeted lead generation and prospecting efforts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns and promotional activities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory developments for reporting purposes

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales within the telecom industry (VoIP and Teams calling)
  • Strong background in account management, business development, and direct sales strategies
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and closing complex sales deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans based on data insights
  • Experience delivering product demos, conducting technical presentations, and upselling solutions in a competitive environment
