About the Role

Luno Fashion is a UK-based company seeking a creative and execution-focused TikTok Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality short-form content for social platforms.

Part-time and full-time candidates are welcome. For exceptional performers, visa sponsorship support can be offered.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Production (Pre-production + On-set Execution)

• Independently complete short-form video shoots based on provided scripts and creative direction.

• Handle set/scene setup, lighting, equipment testing and calibration, product placement, and filming with models/real people.

Post-Production Editing & Packaging

• Manage the full post-production workflow: rough cut, fine cut, colour grading, audio processing, subtitles, motion graphics, and effects/finishing.

• Deliver polished videos aligned with the style and tone of international platforms.

Creative/Technical Innovation & Asset Management

• Explore and apply new shooting techniques, editing methods, and visual effects to improve impact and professionalism.

• Build, organise, and maintain a high-quality video asset library.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the operations/marketing team to understand the creative intent.

• Proactively suggest visual solutions and execute content deliverables efficiently.

Requirements

Strong Filming Skills

• Proficient with professional filming equipment; solid knowledge of lighting and composition aesthetics.

Editing Software Proficiency

• Skilled in mainstream editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.

Excellent Aesthetic Sense & Rhythm

• Strong visual taste and a sharp sense of pacing, music syncing, and colour/mood control.

Team Collaboration & Commercial Awareness

• Able to work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to integrate product messaging and campaign points into content—driving better conversion performance.

Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred (Mandarin preferred).
