Job Overview

Dynamic CCTV Ltd is looking for a Vendor Relationship Specialist to manage and support relationships with key suppliers, with a particular focus on overseas vendors.

This role is available to new graduates and also suitable for candidates at different experience levels. The scope and level of responsibility will be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s experience and capability.

The role involves working closely with senior management and internal teams to ensure effective vendor communication, accurate follow-ups, and long-term supplier alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact between the company and assigned vendors

• Communicate with suppliers in Chinese (Mandarin) and English

• Follow up on pricing, lead times, stock availability, rebates, and commercial terms

• Maintain clear records of vendor communications and agreements

• Support senior management in vendor negotiations and relationship development

• Coordinate vendor-related matters with purchasing, sales, finance, and operations teams

• Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and comparison analyses

• Identify issues in vendor communication and support timely resolution

Requirements

Essential

• Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English

• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Well-organised and reliable, with a proactive working attitude

• Comfortable working with emails, spreadsheets, and structured documentation

Desirable

• Experience in vendor management, supply chain, operations, or related fields

• Background in international trade or working with overseas suppliers

• Ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and vendors

Experience Level

• Open to new graduates

• Suitable for candidates at all experience levels

• Responsibilities and seniority will be adjusted based on experience
