About the Role

Kraft Heinz Company is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strategy Manager within the UKI business unit. The role reports to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth and is part of the in-house Strategy & Consulting team.

The primary focus is delivering key strategic projects aligned with the company’s 3-year strategy. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the UKI Strategy

  • Define where to play: identify priority segments, channels, demand spaces, and consumers

  • Define how to win: plan major initiatives across communication, innovation, revenue growth, channel execution, and value engineering

Deliver Strategic Projects

Projects will focus on growth priorities and may include:

  • Brand Strategy: analyze performance and define initiatives to meet objectives

  • Foodservice / Away-from-Home Strategy: prioritize accounts and identify what is needed to win

  • Value Engineering Benchmarking

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team (UKI and Europe) as a trusted strategy partner

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis

  • Simplify complex problems into clear recommendations and presentations

  • Collaborate across departments while focusing on long-term goals

Requirements

  • Strong track record in Strategy roles (guideline: 3 years in consultancy, 5 years in-house)

  • Background in a major Strategy Consultancy or FMCG Strategy function

  • Ability to simplify complex problems with imperfect data into clear recommendations

  • Highly analytical, comfortable with large and imperfect datasets

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills

  • Confident working with and presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
