Within the Care in the Home division, Active Care Group supports adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

Active Care Group is looking for a Support Worker to work in clients’ homes based in Caerwys.

Working Schedule

• 2 x Day Shifts a week

• 8.00am – 5.30pm

• 19 hours a week

Role Responsibilities

This role is to support a male client with epilepsy in his own home and out in the community.

No previous experience is required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

What Is Offered

• Up to £14 per hour dependant on NVQ qualification
