Key Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement

• Edit videos for influencers using CapCut and other editing tools

• Select videos for influencers to replicate

• Create posting schedules for multiple channels

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos

• Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; respond to foster community interaction

• Support planning and execution of online campaigns and promotional events

• Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

• Stay updated on current trends in social media management and digital marketing to recommend innovative ideas

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media management and public relations

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)

• Basic understanding of analytics tools to track social media performance

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently within a team environment

• Previous experience or coursework related to digital marketing is desirable but not essential
