Key Responsibilities
Support clients to maintain independence, dignity and choice
Deliver care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments
Provide personal care including washing, dressing and toileting
Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
Assist with meals, hydration and medication prompting (where trained)
Support mobility and safe moving & handling practices
Assist with light domestic tasks including laundry and meal preparation
Maintain accurate care records using digital systems
Communicate effectively with families, colleagues and professionals
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and infection control procedures

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
