Role Overview
Nexoraa Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive on a commission basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after three months, subject to achieving agreed sales and business development objectives.
This position is suited to a self-driven, results-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities in the IT and software sector.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
Promote Nexoraa’s IT, software, ERP, and digital solutions to potential clients
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across client organisations
Represent Nexoraa professionally in meetings, calls, and networking activities
Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and customer satisfaction
Over time, support and lead sales activities or small teams as the business grows
Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
Background in IT, software development, ERP, or software sales
Strong passion for sales and business development
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Full UK driving licence
No restrictions to live or work in the United Kingdom
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Desirable Requirements
Ability to communicate in any South Indian language (added advantage)
Experience in coding, software development, HR, ERP solutions, or technology sales
Leadership capability and interest in building and developing a team
