Role Overview

Nexoraa Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive on a commission basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after three months, subject to achieving agreed sales and business development objectives.

This position is suited to a self-driven, results-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities in the IT and software sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities

  • Achieve agreed sales and business development targets

  • Promote Nexoraa’s IT, software, ERP, and digital solutions to potential clients

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across client organisations

  • Represent Nexoraa professionally in meetings, calls, and networking activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Over time, support and lead sales activities or small teams as the business grows

Candidate Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Background in IT, software development, ERP, or software sales

  • Strong passion for sales and business development

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Full UK driving licence

  • No restrictions to live or work in the United Kingdom

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in any South Indian language (added advantage)

  • Experience in coding, software development, HR, ERP solutions, or technology sales

  • Leadership capability and interest in building and developing a team
