Job Description

BEAUTYSTREAMS is looking for a Sales Assistant to support business development and sales activities across international markets. This is a remote, full-time role suited to someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role involves working closely with the sales team, helping manage leads, coordinate outreach, and support client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and coordination
• Assist in identifying and researching new leads
• Help manage incoming inquiries and follow-ups with potential clients
• Maintain and update client data in Salesforce CRM
• Prepare sales materials and presentations
• Support outreach efforts and assist with scheduling meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication
• Assist during key industry events and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German
• Previous experience in a sales, admin, or support role is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks
• Proactive and reliable
