Job Summary

We’re a startup engineering clothing from recycled plastic bottles, reclaimed industrial waste, and organic cotton. The way fashion is made needs to fundamentally change and people are needed who can tell that story. A Social Media and Marketing Intern is being sought to help build brand presence, engage the community, and bring the mission to life online.

This internship offers hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and marketing within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Duties

• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with product launches and brand initiatives

• Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and track performance metrics

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials including email campaigns and promotional assets

• Contribute to brand storytelling, translating the sustainability mission into compelling, shareable content

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, Business

• A genuine passion for sustainability and an understand of how to communicate it authentically

• Strong creative instincts with an eye for visual storytelling and on-brand aesthetics

• Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends, particularly short form video

• Basic experience with content creation tools is advantageous

• A self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable contributing ideas in a startup setting
