Duties
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organisation
Answer phone calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other relevant software systems
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
Support team members with administrative needs to ensure operational continuity
Requirements
Proven office or administrative experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accurate data entry
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
