Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics aligned with the brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive community interactions.
- Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media management and public relations.
- Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback or reviews professionally.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations in online communication.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Prior team experience is desirable but not essential.
